We can never know the effect a horse can have on a person, so it is hard to quantify the relationship between Bogie and Dashin Elvis.  For 18 years Elvis and Bogie have been partners, meeting their challenges and celebrating their many successes as a team.  While Bogie continues to breed and train horses, quality horses, there will only be one Elvis...and he will be greatly missed.

Congratulations to BA Dashin Spirit (Dashin Elvis X Dasher Bars Chick), winner of the 2010 Triple Crown and nearly $30,000 in futurity winners.  BA Dashin Spirit is owned by RSL Enterprises and ridden by Caryn Henry, all of Florida.

 

 

Kudos go out to 11 year old JR Sullivan and BW Tees Dasher as they win 3rd out of over 1000 entries at the NBHA Yout World Show.  Check out the video of this dynamic duo: Video

 

Our local lady, 13 year old Haley Huls and BW Ona Dash placed 7th out of over 1000 entries in the second round of the NBHA Youth World Show!  Haley also rides Roses Dashin Diva, an award winning Derby horse.

Nutin But A Houndog

 

It is with great sadness that we extend our condolences to the Green Family and Southern Rose Ranch at the loss of their great barrel horse, Nutin But A Houndog. Houndog won the hearts of many a barrel racer with his enthusiasm and explosive style. Bogie was honored to raise and start him and was so proud of what he, Talmadge Green and the rest of the Green Family accomplished. Again, our condolences to Janelle and Mike. Houndog had the best life any horse could ever dream of. Bless you all.
